Product Manager / Senior Product Manager

NAVAC is seeking a Product Manager / Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy, development, and commercialization of digital HVAC service tools, instruments, and smart equipment. The role drives product innovation from concept to market launch, leads cross-functional teams, collaborates with overseas engineering and OEM partners, and explores emerging technologies and new product categories.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product strategy, development, and commercialization of digital HVAC service tools, instruments, and smart equipment
• Develop differentiated solutions that help HVAC technicians and contractors work smarter, safer, and more efficiently
• Drive product innovation from concept to market launch, lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with overseas engineering and OEM partners, and explore emerging technologies and new product categories to support NAVAC's continued growth

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical / Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field, with 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in product management; Or 10 years experience in HVAC industry, digital instrumentation, or field service technologies, including 3+ years in product management
• Strong knowledge of digital instruments, electronic measurement technologies, smart tools, and/or connected equipments
• Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, service tools, instrumentation, or related technical industries
• Proven experience in new product development, product strategy, lifecycle management, and commercialization
• Strong market insight, customer-focused innovation, and cross-functional leadership skills
• Experience working with international engineering teams and OEM/ODM suppliers
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with an entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset
• Familiarity with IoT, wireless connectivity, firmware/software integration, and digital service applications
• Bilingual English/Chinese
