Sales Development Representative

ServiceFactor is hiring a Sales Development Representative to identify and qualify prospects, uncover sales opportunities, and schedule product demos. The role conducts discovery calls and collaborates with sales and marketing colleagues to execute campaigns, track outreach, and maintain CRM records.

Responsibilities:

• As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at ServiceFactor, you'll be the crucial first point of contact in our sales process — qualifying prospects and uncovering valuable opportunities through strategic conversations
• Your role focuses on scheduling product demos and conducting thorough discovery calls, setting the foundation for our Account Executives' success
• We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the first point of contact in our sales process
• You’ll find and qualify prospects, and uncover valuable opportunities through conversations
• In this role, you’ll work closely with our Sales Manager - helping schedule product demos, conducting discovery calls and booking more meetings
• The role includes researching target markets, engaging prospective customers to understand their needs, and scheduling product demonstrations for the sales team
• You will collaborate closely with sales and marketing colleagues to execute campaigns, track outreach activities, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, Linkedin and other creative channels you source)
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery conversations and book product demos for our Sales Manager
• Learn and use our sales tech stack (Zoho CRM, Calendly, etc) to manage your daily activity and pipeline
• Collaborate with our Sales team on outreach strategy, targeting, and handoff quality
• Continuously refine your pitch and process through coaching, call reviews, and feedback

Requirements:

• 0–4 years of experience in a corporate or customer-facing environment
• Recent graduates and career changers with a passion for sales are welcome
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all channels
• you build rapport easily and speak clearly and persuasively
• Comfort learning new software quickly
• A strong sense of urgency and a results-oriented mindset
• A coachable attitude and a genuine hunger for feedback
• Experience with CRM software and sales outreach tools
• CRM experience is a plus
• Comfort working with contractors or in a SaaS, technology, or field service environment is a plus
