Cyber Services Operations Project Manager

Beazley Security is hiring a Cyber Services Operations Project Manager to plan, execute, govern, and coordinate internal projects across its Cyber Services department. The role will oversee outsourced customer-service ticket triage onboarding, ticketing-platform process improvements, client journey workflows, project reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of internal projects:
• Onboarding of a managed service for customer service ticket triaging
• Co-ordination of process changes and efficiency improvements in Cyber Services’ ticketing platform (Zendesk)
• Client journey workflow design & improvements
• Lead project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities
• Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, milestones, and deliverables
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests
• Facilitate internal status meetings and provide regular status reporting
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Build strong relationships with Cyber Services leadership, consultants, technical teams, and other internal stakeholders
• Coordinate communication between business and technical stakeholders
• Prepare executive reporting, dashboards, and portfolio updates
• Escalate risks and issues appropriately while driving resolution
• Produce accurate and timely project status reports
• Support operational reviews, business reviews, and leadership reporting
• Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and business requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Project Management, or related field
• 5+ years of project management or PMO experience
• Experience supporting cybersecurity, technology, consulting, or professional services engagements
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and governance frameworks
• Experience with project management platforms such as Scoro, OpenAir, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification
• Experience within Managed Detection & Response (MDR), Incident Response, Security Consulting, or CyberResilience services
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, CIS, ISO 27001, or SOC
• Experience with professional services financial management, forecasting, and utilization reporting
