Technical Sales Engineer - Northeast Region

ProcessBarron is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to grow customer relationships and sales across the Northeast region. The role develops technical solutions for industrial customers, manages the sales process, and supports projects from proposal through completion.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Conduct regular customer visits throughout the Northeast region
• Identify opportunities to improve customer operations through ProcessBarron solutions
• Serve as a trusted advisor for industrial customers
• Generate new business opportunities within existing and targeted accounts
• Prospect new customers and expand market presence
• Develop territory growth strategies and sales plans
• Monitor industry trends and customer needs
• Evaluate customer challenges and recommend practical technical solutions
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to develop proposals
• Assist customers with equipment, services, outage support, and replacement parts
• Prepare and present proposals and commercial recommendations
• Support projects from proposal through successful completion
• Work closely with Operations, Field Services, Safety, and Project Management teams
• Monitor active projects and customer satisfaction
• Identify opportunities for change orders and additional services
• Ensure a smooth customer experience throughout project execution
