Senior Manager Integrated Marketing & Custom Solutions

Active Interest Media is hiring a Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing & Custom Solutions to develop and deliver integrated advertising programs across its portfolio. The role partners with Sales and other teams to commercialize opportunities, lead custom campaign delivery, manage the Client Services team and outside resources, and support go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Sales to develop creative, executable custom and integrated advertising programs across print, digital, content, video, email, social, events and other AIM platforms
• Work with Editorial, Sales and brand teams to identify and commercialize editorial initiatives, special issues, sponsorships and other revenue opportunities
• Develop proactive advertiser-facing marketing materials for priority opportunities, including issue sell sheets, sponsorships, new offerings, case studies and other sales initiatives
• Support the development and packaging of new advertising products and custom offerings, translating ideas into clear value propositions and market-ready programs
• Own successful campaign delivery from post-sale handoff through completion, ensuring scopes, timelines, responsibilities, approvals and deliverables are clearly defined and tracked
• Work closely with Ad Operations and other internal teams to ensure all extensions and contracted components of custom campaigns are properly handed off, launched and delivered
• Maintain visibility into team workload and campaign status, proactively identifying and resolving delivery risks, missing assets, scope issues and cross-functional dependencies
• Oversee campaign reporting and performance measurement, ensuring results and insights are effectively communicated and used to inform future programs
• Manage and coach the Client Services team responsible for day-to-day execution of custom and integrated marketing programs, including sponsored content, video, webinars, events, social media and other campaign elements
• Oversee AIM's custom video program and manage the outside video consultant, maintaining visibility into project scope, schedules, client approvals and final delivery
• Manage additional freelancers, vendors and creative resources as needed, including scopes, budgets, timelines, review cycles and quality expectations
• Provide creative direction and quality oversight for custom programs and client facing materials, working with appropriate design and production resources

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, custom solutions, branded content, digital advertising, campaign management or related media marketing roles
• Prior experience managing employees, projects and cross-functional workflows
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated advertiser programs across multiple platforms
• Strong project-management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong commercial instincts and experience partnering directly with sales teams and clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong creative and visual judgment
• Experience managing freelancers, agencies, production partners or other outside resources
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM, project-management and digital marketing platforms
• publishing or media experience strongly preferred
• Experience with sponsored content, custom content, branded video or integrated advertiser programs strongly preferred
