Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead enterprise AI Agent, Generative AI, and Intelligent Automation initiatives from planning through production deployment and adoption. The candidate will manage global onsite/offshore teams, drive stakeholder alignment, and ensure measurable business value through AI transformation.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in IT Program/Project Management for large-scale technology initiatives.
5+ years of experience managing onsite/offshore distributed teams.
Hands-on program delivery experience with AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI (GenAI), Conversational AI, or Intelligent Automation.
Knowledge of AI Agents, Agentic AI, RAG, LLMs, and workflow automation.
Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and enterprise delivery governance.
Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Experience in AI adoption, change management, business case development, ROI analysis, and tracking business outcomes.
Experience managing project roadmaps, budgets, risks, resources, timelines, and dependencies.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
