We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead (MuleSoft + OIC) to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of our enterprise integration solutions.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution, leveraging both MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to build scalable, secure, and robust APIs and integration flows. Define API schemas, RAML/OAS specifications, data mappings, and routing logic.
Ensure integration architectures adhere to high availability, security, scalability, and performance standards.
Technical Leadership & Governance
Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to a team of integration developers.
Conduct rigorous code and design reviews to ensure compliance with enterprise standards and best practices.
Establish CI/CD pipelines, automated testing strategies (MUnit), and deployment guidelines for both platforms.
Development & Implementation
Develop complex interfaces, custom connectors, and error-handling frameworks.
Implement cloud-to-cloud, cloud-to-on-premise, and hybrid integrations.
Configure security policies (OAuth, JWT, SAML, encryption) within MuleSoft API Manager and OIC.
