AI Technical Trainer – Microsoft 365 Copilot & Agentic AI

Trainify is seeking an AI Technical Trainer specializing in the Microsoft AI ecosystem. The role delivers practical enterprise-focused training and workshops while helping clients design, build, deploy, and troubleshoot AI agents, automations, applications, and workflows across Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver instructor-led training on Microsoft 365 Copilot and its use across applications including:
• Teach participants how to use Copilot effectively for research, analysis, content creation, productivity, collaboration, decision support, and business process improvement
• Develop realistic demonstrations, exercises, use cases, and hands-on labs based on client departments and business functions
• Design and build enterprise AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• The trainer must be able tobuild an agent live during training, explain the underlying architecture, troubleshoot issues, and guide participants through building their own agents
• Design and teach business process automation using Microsoft Power Automate, including:
• Demonstrate practical knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps and the broader Power Platform, including:
• Work with clients to identify processes that can be enhanced through AI, agents, and automation
• Translate business requirements into practical Microsoft-based AI solutions
• Support clients in understanding how AI agents can move beyond answering questions to reasoning, retrieving information, calling tools, triggering workflows, and completing business tasks
• Delivering virtual and in-person AI training
• Facilitating technical workshops and bootcamps
• Conducting live demonstrations
• Guiding participants through hands-on labs
• Explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Supporting participants during agent-building exercises
• Troubleshooting technical issues during workshops
• Customizing examples around client industries and departments
• Creating exercises, demonstrations, case studies, and technical training materials
• Staying current with changes across Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft Foundry
