Customer Service Associate Natural

Nordic Naturals is hiring a Customer Service Associate to process specialty and promotional orders for authorized resellers and key accounts. The role also handles invoicing, open-order cleanup, and backup support for order entry, returns, and credits.

Responsibilities:

• Process specialty orders throughout the department including EDI orders, Customer Education orders
• Process Key Account promotional orders and Specialty Customer orders
• Invoicing through EDI system software for designated Key Accounts
• Closing open sales orders left open for low inventory items
• Cross train on multiple areas within department to act as back-up when needed for order entry or returns and credits
• Work with Accounting Department for account clean up on open items, invoicing and credits
• Support department staff as needed
• Miscellaneous administrative and project support as requested and required
• All other duties as assigned

• MS Word - Intermediate, MS Excel - Advanced, MS Powerpoint - Intermediate level or higher, Business Writing
• BA/BS in Business, Science or related field or 4 years experience in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
