Sales Development Representative

Kaltura is seeking a Sales Development Representative to build pipeline across North American technology industries. The role partners with Account Executives on account strategies, targeted outreach, customer expansion, and creating qualified opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with AEs to develop and execute account strategies across NA Technology
• Own targeted outbound campaigns to generate high-quality meetings and qualified pipeline
• Identify opportunities to penetrate existing customers and expand relationships across departments and use cases
• Research accounts, understand business challenges, and create personalized engagement strategies
• Represent the company at conferences, industry events, and trade shows — including actively engaging prospects at our booths
• Leverage AI, intent data, and sales technology to prioritize accounts and improve conversion
• Share market and customer insights to continuously improve our GTM strategy

Requirements:

• 2+ years of SDR/BDR, Business Development, or similar experience
• Commercial mindset with strong business acumen and account-planning skills
• Confident communicating with senior stakeholders, both virtually and in person
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and obsessed with quality over simply booking meetings
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and ready to take ownership of accounts and pipeline
• Comfortable representing the company at customer and industry events
• Experience selling into or working with Technology companies is a strong plus
