Head of Growth & Marketing

The Edge Funder is a futures proprietary trading firm seeking a Head of Growth & Marketing to own its marketing operations and scale the business. The role leads customer acquisition and profitable revenue growth through marketing strategy, campaigns, partnerships, funnel optimization, and team building.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to increase customer acquisition, revenue, and profitability
• Plan, launch, and optimize promotional campaigns across our marketing channels
• Grow and manage our affiliate and influencer marketing programs
• Develop relationships with trading influencers, educators, communities, and strategic partners
• Manage email and SMS marketing campaigns to drive new purchases and customer retention
• Develop and oversee paid advertising campaigns where platform policies permit
• Improve website conversion rates, landing pages, and customer acquisition funnels
• Analyze marketing performance, including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and marketing ROI
• Identify new customer acquisition channels and test growth opportunities
• Coordinate designers, editors, agencies, and other marketing contractors
• Build and lead an internal marketing team as the company expands

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or marketing leadership
• Previous experience at a futures prop firm, trading platform, fintech company, or similar consumer-focused business
• A proven track record of increasing customer acquisition and revenue
• Strong experience with affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, and promotional campaigns
• Experience with email marketing, conversion optimization, and customer retention
• The ability to manage budgets and make decisions based on customer acquisition costs and profitability
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• The ability to personally execute campaigns without requiring an established marketing team
• Direct experience growing a futures prop firm
