Key Account Management Sales Intern

StratosNex is hiring a Key Account Management Sales Intern to support sales and account planning, analyze sales data, and help develop strategies to drive toy sales. The 10–12-week undergraduate internship is based at the company’s headquarters in El Segundo, California.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and executing planogram (if applicable)
• Analyzing internal and external sales data to make insightful and actionable recommendations
• Enhancing the .com and mobile businesses (if applicable)
• Creating reports and presentations to effectively communicate the account plan
• Evaluating and pitching for Promotional placement
• Participating in a sales intern group project
• Collaborate on projects within the Sales Division to drive toy sales strategies

Requirements:

• Be currently enrolled in an accredited university as a rising senior, graduating in 2028
• Major and/or minor in Business, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Retail Development or a related field of study
• Interest in pursuing a career in Sales/Account Management
• Proven communication, verbal, written and analytical skills
• Must have the ability to be sensitive to other cultures' styles of working
• Must have the ability to keep sensitive information confidential
• Strong MS Office Suite Skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Detail-oriented, organized, methodical, process-oriented thinker
• Effective time manager - able to juggle multiple tasks and competing priorities
• Self-starter capable of working effectively independently or as part of a team
• Positive, high-energy “Can Do” attitude
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Intent listening skills with ability to apply learnings
• Ability to be flexible to changing business priorities
