Master Data Analyst

Brilliant® is seeking a Customer Master Data Analyst to maintain accurate and reliable customer master data across enterprise systems. The role processes data requests, researches and updates records in ERP systems, supports data validation and reporting, and contributes to data governance improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process day-to-day requests through a ticketing system
• Review, research, and execute customer master data creation and change requests
• Analyze data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards
• Update and maintain customer records within ERP systems, including SAP
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues and support ongoing initiatives
• Assist with data research, validation, reporting, and project-based activities
• Create and process data queries to support business needs and operational requests
• Learn and support additional business applications and systems as needed
• Ensure the integrity and quality of customer and organizational data across multiple platforms
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts related to data governance and data management processes

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including working with large datasets, formulas, filters, lookups, and data analysis tools
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate information and identify inconsistencies
• Experience working with large volumes of customer, operational, or transactional data
• Ability to work independently after training while also thriving in a collaborative team environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
• Experience creating and processing data queries
• Background in data management, master data, business operations, customer support operations, or related analytical functions
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
