Brazil Sales Development Representative

Evoto AI is hiring a Brazil Sales Development Representative to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in Brazil. The role develops leads and partnerships, closes SMB sales, supports larger opportunities with the Key Account team, and shares market insights with internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new sales opportunities across Brazil through outbound prospecting, trade shows, communities, partnerships, referrals, and customer visits
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and convert qualified leads into revenue opportunities
• Own the full sales cycle for SMB customers, from prospecting and product demonstrations to negotiation and closing
• Identify and qualify larger opportunities and work with the Key Account team to transition and support strategic accounts
• Build strong relationships with photographers, studios, creative professionals, and other potential customers
• Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
• Maintain accurate sales activities and pipeline information in CRM systems
• Develop relationships with Brazilian photography communities, associations, educators, and industry partners to generate qualified leads and business opportunities
• Conduct customer and prospect meetings to identify opportunities and accelerate sales
• Follow up with leads generated through events, partnerships, and other channels to convert them into qualified opportunities
• Build strong knowledge of the Brazilian photography and creative market
• Gather customer feedback, competitor intelligence, and market insights through customer interactions and field activities
• Share market insights with Product, Marketing, and other teams to support product and go-to-market decisions

Requirements:

• Professional fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and business proficiency in English are required
• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, field sales, account management, or other customer-facing commercial roles
• Proven track record of generating leads, building pipeline, and achieving sales targets
• Experience independently managing and closing SMB opportunities
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills
• Experience working with photographers, studios, creative professionals, creator communities, or SMB customers is highly desirable
• Experience in SaaS, software, creative technology, photography, media, or related industries is preferred
• Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is preferred
• Familiarity with Brazilian business culture and experience in the Brazilian market are highly preferred
• A personal or professional connection to Brazil is a plus
