Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR)

EMT Groupe, LLC is recruiting for an unnamed early-stage AI startup focused on logistics and supply chain technology. The Sales Development Representative will generate qualified meetings with manufacturing and distribution buyers through high-volume outbound outreach and coordinate handoffs to Account Executives.

Responsibilities:

• Book qualified meetings with operations leaders at manufacturing and distribution companies
• Run high-volume outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Send personalized videos that stand out in a crowded inbox
• Build target lists using Clay, Sales Navigator, and LinkedIn
• Use AI-powered tools to work smarter and reach more people
• Hand off clean meetings to the Account Executives and make sure people actually show up
• Track your numbers and keep improving what's working

Requirements:

• If you have more than 5 years of total work experience, or you've never worked at a startup, please don't apply
• Have 2–5 years in SDR or B2B sales at an early-stage startup (seed to Series B)
• Love cold calling and can show your connect and meeting rates
• Have sold to the C-suite or operations leaders
• Have run high-volume outbound on LinkedIn, email, and phone
• Take feedback and actually use it
• Do well when there's no playbook and you have to figure it out
• You've only done enterprise or inbound sales and never built pipeline from scratch
• You've had several jobs that lasted less than a year
• You've sold to manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or supply chain companies
• You geek out a little about AI or how goods get from point A to point B
