Remote Sales Development Representative North America (m/f/d)

RoomPriceGenie provides hotel pricing software that helps hoteliers optimize revenue and simplify operations. The Sales Development Representative generates interest among potential clients, qualifies prospects, and connects suitable property owners with Sales Managers for product demos.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospects: Identify decision-makers, uncover key business challenges, and pitch RoomPriceGenie’s solutions to ignite interest
• Daily outreach: Make and track phone calls through Hubspot, connecting with new prospects and keeping track of your success
• Bring your insights: Use your local market knowledge to enhance our outbound marketing activities and connect with hotel owners in a meaningful way
• Stay ahead of industry trends: Keep up-to-date on the latest hospitality industry news, trends, and competitor offerings to add value in your conversations
• Collaborate with management: Help streamline and optimize the customer journey, bringing fresh ideas to make processes smoother and more efficient
• Shape the future: Influence how our young startup develops by trying out your own approaches and contributing innovative ideas

Requirements:

• C2-level English proficiency with excellent communication skills
• Currently based and eligible to live and work in the United States or Canada
• Sales-driven with a natural aptitude for understanding customer needs
• Tech-savvy and excited by the latest technology trends
• Positive and outgoing: You're empathetic, enthusiastic, and love connecting with people
• Active listener: You know how to uncover pain points and find meaningful ways to engage with prospects
• Organized and detail-oriented: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks with ease
• Team player: Success is sweeter when it's achieved together, and you love contributing to team goals
• Spanish is a big plus
• Experience in a SaaS or travel-tech company
• Hospitality industry experience or a passion for helping hotels
