Freelance Marketing Manager

AnchorChartPRO is hiring a Freelance Marketing Manager to grow awareness and adoption of its classroom resource platform among K–12 educators and school decision-makers. The role leads marketing campaigns, digital channels, acquisition optimization, performance analysis, and cross-functional support for product launches and updates.

Responsibilities:

• The Freelance Marketing Manager will lead day-to-day marketing activities to grow awareness and adoption of AnchorChartPRO among K–12 educators and school decision-makers
• Developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital channels, and optimizing acquisition funnels for both individual teachers and institutional customers
• Crafting compelling messaging and content, coordinating email and social media campaigns, managing paid and organic initiatives, analyzing performance metrics, and making data-informed recommendations
• The Marketing Manager will collaborate with product and customer success stakeholders to understand educator needs, refine positioning, and support product launches and feature updates

Requirements:

• Strategic marketing skills, including campaign planning, go-to-market strategy, and audience segmentation
• Digital channel expertise, such as social media management, email marketing, and basic marketing automation tools
• Content-focused skills, including copywriting, storytelling, and the ability to tailor messaging for educators and school leaders
• Analytics and optimization capabilities, including familiarity with marketing analytics tools, A/B testing, and performance reporting
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple initiatives independently in a remote setting
• Comfort collaborating across functions and incorporating user feedback into marketing programs
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience marketing SaaS or EdTech products, preferably to K–12 educators or academic institutions
