Sales Development Representative

Boost is an AI-focused practice management and revenue cycle management services platform for companies providing autism therapy. The Sales Development Representative builds a qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting and account research, qualifies prospects, and partners with Account Executives to advance opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Run consistent outbound sequences across phone, email, and LinkedIn to target accounts
• Research each account, its business challenges, and how Boost can deliver value, then tailor your outreach to its priorities
• Qualify interest and book introduction calls with Account Executives
• Support Account Executives on each opportunity across the sales process
• Partner with Marketing to promote events, build customized call campaigns, and track event success metrics
• Log all activity, next steps, and outcomes in the CRM, and report on your pipeline and results

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• Self-motivated, organized, and driven to exceed goals, with a great work ethic and willingness to be coached
• Positive, energetic phone presence and excellent interpersonal skills; able to build rapport with a wide range of personalities, internally and externally
• A desire to begin or build a career in sales
• Comfort using AI tools such as Claude to research accounts, draft outreach, and work more efficiently
• Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM, and comfort presenting over Zoom or Teams
• Experience in healthcare or sales development
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools
