Data Analyst

mPulse seeks a Data Analyst to track metrics, use reporting tools, and analyze data to solve problems and support decision-making. The role works across organizational units, especially with account managers and a behavioral data scientist, to address business problems and healthcare client needs.

Responsibilities:

• Learn the structure of mPulse Mobile’s data and the metrics that drive the business
• Perform ad hoc analyses and data extraction requests
• Actively build processes and tools to make data more accessible
• Drive the monitoring, analysis, and improvement of campaign performance
• Work in a cross-functional team to implement data-driven plans designed to optimize user engagement
• Teach others how to use data effectively

Requirements:

• Min 2+ years' experience in a data analyst role
• Solid experience in data analysis and visualization
• Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions based on data
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while juggling multiple projects
• Bachelor's Degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research, or related discipline
• Data hungry, willingness and aptitude for learning
• Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and passionate
• Some ability to do basic scripting or data manipulation would be helpful (e.g. SQL, Python, Excel, R)
