Sales Development Representative

RILEY TAYLOR INSURANCE AGENCY INC., a Farmers Insurance partner, is hiring a Sales Development Representative to connect potential clients with its sales team. The role makes outbound calls, identifies insurance opportunities, and transfers interested prospects to sales representatives through live handoffs.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and start engaging, friendly conversations
• Identify opportunities for our sales team to help individuals, families, and businesses with their insurance needs
• Confidently work through objections and keep conversations moving in a positive direction
• Transfer qualified and interested prospects directly to our sales team through live handoffs
• Maintain consistent activity, stay focused on daily goals, and contribute to the overall success of the team
• Communicate with team members and help create a positive, energetic work environment
