Member of Technical Staff

Blossom Health is hiring a Member of Technical Staff to build AI-native product experiences for clinicians and patients. The role develops and operates LLM-powered systems that improve healthcare workflows, while collaborating with clinicians and engineers to identify high-impact applications of AI.

Responsibilities:

• Build and ship AI-native product experiences used directly by clinicians and patients
• Design and develop LLM-powered systems and agents that automate and augment complex healthcare workflows
• Own AI features end-to-end, from prototyping and experimentation through production deployment, evaluation, and iteration
• Build robust evaluation, monitoring, and feedback systems to continuously improve AI quality, reliability, and performance
• Work across models, prompts, tools, retrieval systems, and application infrastructure to solve real-world product problems
• Move quickly from emerging AI capabilities to production-ready experiences that deliver measurable value
• Collaborate closely with clinicians and engineers to understand complex healthcare workflows and determine where AI can have the greatest impact
