Sr. Project Manager

Luck Companies is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive strategic projects supporting long-term growth and operational excellence. The role coordinates interdependent projects across the organization, oversees planning and performance, supports regional initiatives, and facilitates stakeholder communication and change adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor cost, schedule, and performance of related projects to ensure the overall success of the program and the region. This includes projects run by the individual, as well as projects run by other support teams, such as IT, engineering, and HR. Coordinate all of the resources and stakeholders for any active projects being managed by the individual
• Coordinate management of multiple related projects by developing annual and longer-term plans that support strategic objectives and portfolio planning. This includes prioritization of projects and associated resource planning
• Assist regional leadership by managing projects and initiatives that are on a smaller scale but have a high impact to the business, such as system implementations, process improvements, or staffing and organizational initiatives. This includes providing technical guidance when necessary and relevant to the Project Manager’s expertise
• Facilitate and manage stakeholder requirements, expectations, and communications, including change management and adoption for new systems and processes
• Review of proposed project estimates, scopes, and purpose as it relates to the support of the regional program

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5–10 years of project management experience in IT, engineering, or HR
