Manager - AI Product Manager

EY is seeking a technically fluent AI Product Manager to define product vision and roadmaps and guide products from discovery through delivery and adoption. The role partners with engineering, architecture, design, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into specifications, deliver AI-enabled products, and support their adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, success metrics, and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders
• Own the product backlog; translate business requirements into detailed epics, user stories, and technical specifications
• Collaborate with engineers and architects on APIs, integrations, data flows, and system scalability
• Validate concepts and features through user feedback and iterative testing
• Prioritize features based on client value, business impact, and technical feasibility
• Work closely with engineering, design, and architecture to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Partner with cross-functional teams on go-to-market plans and adoption strategies
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions with clarity across levels

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 6-8+ years of product management work experience with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle
• Demonstrated experience in a product management role
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, system design, and modern tech stacks (APIs, cloud platforms, data pipelines)
• Foundational AI knowledge and experience building AI-enabled products
• preferably with a focus on AI solutions or technology-driven products
• Experience in AI/ML, LLMs, agentic strategies, SaaS, and product management tools such as ADO, JIRA, Trello, or similar systems
• Familiarity with product management frameworks (JTBD, RICE, OKRs, Lean, Agile, ShapeUp)
