E-commerce Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Manager

SuperBox for TV is hiring Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Managers to build creator partnerships and scale affiliate-driven sales of its streaming hardware. The role covers creator discovery and outreach, product seeding, partnership negotiation, affiliate program governance, and revenue optimization.

Responsibilities:

• You will maintain an active, structured pipeline of prospective creator partners across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and specialized tech blogs. You will look beyond surface-level vanity metrics, thoroughly vetting channels for genuine viewer engagement, audience demographic alignment within North America, comment authenticity, and brand safety. You will craft highly personalized, compelling outreach pitches that articulate the concrete financial and content benefits of partnering with an authorized SuperBox distributor, converting cold creators into enthusiastic, long-term brand advocates
• You will orchestrate our physical product seeding workflows, coordinating closely with our domestic fulfillment warehouse to dispatch flagship SuperBox hardware units (S6, S7, and S8) and specialized accessories directly to confirmed creator partners. You will supply each partner with comprehensive onboarding kits, including detailed key talking points, compliant legal disclaimers, unboxing guidelines, and unique high-converting discount codes. While respecting creator editorial independence, you will ensure that every published video accurately highlights hardware authenticity, manufacturer warranty protections, and customer onboarding simplicity
• You will negotiate commercial agreements balancing cost-effective customer acquisition with strong creator motivation. You will structure diverse partnership models ranging from pure performance commission structures and hybrid flat-fee arrangements to multi-video sponsorship packages. Crucially, you will secure digital content usage rights and Meta/TikTok spark ad whitelisting permissions, enabling our internal media buying team to amplify top-performing influencer videos into high-converting paid advertising assets
• You will oversee our e-commerce affiliate tracking infrastructure (utilizing platforms such as UpPromote, Refersion, or Impact), configuring custom coupon codes, affiliate tracking parameters, and tiered commission payouts. You will monitor affiliate transaction traffic daily to preserve program integrity, aggressively identifying and preventing PPC brand-bidding violations, unauthorized discount leakages to coupon aggregators, and fraudulent order loops, ensuring that marketing dollars reward genuine creator-driven referrals
• Partnership marketing succeeds through sustained relationship management rather than one-off transactional posts. You will track partner sales velocity, average order values, and creative engagement retention over time. You will deliver regular performance summaries to active creators, providing actionable suggestions to help them improve click-through rates, and introducing time-sensitive holiday promotional bundles to revitalize mature campaigns ahead of major retail shopping surges

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience managing influencer outreach, creator seeding programs, or direct-to-consumer affiliate networks in the United States or Canada
• You should have a proven history of personally scouting, negotiating, and onboarding dozens of active digital creators, with demonstrable experience driving measurable revenue for physical consumer goods, electronics, or tech accessories
• You must demonstrate practical fluency working with modern influencer relationship management tools (such as SARAL, Grin, CreatorIQ, Modash, or Upfluence) and e-commerce affiliate platforms (such as UpPromote, Refersion, ShareASale, or Impact)
• You possess strong organizational comfort inside Google Sheets and Airtable to manage high-volume outreach pipelines, track shipping logistics for review units, and monitor commission payout thresholds without dropping critical communication threads
• You must possess exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, allowing you to connect authentically with diverse creator personalities, from young tech YouTubers to seasoned lifestyle bloggers and professional talent managers
• You understand North American digital advertising regulations, ensuring all sponsored content, review videos, and social posts strictly adhere to Federal Trade Commission (FTC) disclosure rules while safeguarding authorized brand credibility
• A dependable desktop or laptop running Windows 10/11 or macOS with at least 16 GB of RAM, capable of managing heavy multi-tab creator research, real-time CRM dashboards, and spreadsheet trackers without latency
• A secure, high-speed internet connection with at least 50 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload to support smooth video conferences and cloud file management
• Advanced comfort in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), Slack, and project tracking boards such as Asana or Trello
