Sales Development Representative - B2C

Mountainise Inc. is hiring a Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify prospects for its RevOps and enterprise AI offerings. The role manages outbound and inbound outreach, books discovery calls, maintains CRM and pipeline records, and collaborates with sales and marketing while directing and reviewing Sales & Marketing Interns’ work.

Responsibilities:

• Run multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn) to mid-size and enterprise companies in our target industries
• Reach and engage decision-makers such as CROs, VPs of Sales, and heads of RevOps, Sales Ops and Marketing Ops
• Personalize outreach using account research: tech stack, growth signals, hiring, funding and likely revenue-system pain points
• Build and manage outreach sequences, testing messaging to improve reply and meeting rates
• Follow up quickly on inbound leads, including RevOps AI diagnostic sign-ups, webinar registrants and content downloads
• Qualify prospects on need, authority, timing and fit before handing them to Account Executives
• Book discovery calls and prepare clear handoff notes so AEs walk in with context
• Keep CRM records accurate and complete: activities, lead status, notes and next steps
• Meet weekly and monthly targets for activity, meetings booked and qualified pipeline
• Report on what’s working and share market feedback with sales and marketing
• Direct and review the work of Sales & Marketing Interns (prospect research, list enrichment, account briefs)
• Work with marketing on campaign follow-up for webinars, events and podcasts
• Contribute to messaging, call scripts and objection-handling playbooks

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience as an SDR/BDR or in another outbound, quota-carrying role
• A track record of meeting or exceeding meeting and pipeline targets
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including confident cold calling
• Ability to learn technical topics (CRM, RevOps, AI) and explain them in business terms
• Resilience, curiosity and a steady daily work rhythm
• Hands-on experience with a CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot)
• Only US citizen are eligible
• preferably in B2B SaaS, tech or consulting
• Experience selling to RevOps, Sales Ops or technical buyers
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics or other enterprise platforms
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Outreach or Salesloft
• Background in one of our target industries (freight, healthcare, insurance, SaaS, financial services)
• Experience mentoring or coordinating junior team members or interns
