Senior Vice President Product Management

Droxen is hiring a Senior Vice President of Product Management to define and execute product strategy for its white-label Shopify solutions and related services. The role oversees the product lifecycle, collaborates with cross-functional teams and agency partners, and builds the product organization while driving innovation.

Responsibilities:

• The Senior Vice President Product Management is a full-time, remote role responsible for defining and executing Droxen’s product vision and strategy across white-label Shopify solutions and related services
• This role oversees the end-to-end product lifecycle, including market and customer research, roadmap development, requirements definition, and prioritization of new features and enhancements
• The SVP will collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and agency partners to ensure products meet market needs, are scalable, and deliver clear value
• Day-to-day responsibilities include leading product discovery, reviewing product performance metrics, refining positioning and offerings, and ensuring alignment between product initiatives and company objectives
• The role will also involve building and mentoring a high-performing product organization, improving product management processes, and driving continuous innovation in Droxen’s service portfolio

Requirements:

• Strong Product Strategy and Product Management skills, with experience owning product roadmaps and leading end-to-end product lifecycles
• Advanced Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data, define KPIs, and make evidence-based product decisions
• Demonstrated Team Leadership capabilities, with experience mentoring product managers and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, prioritization, execution oversight, and risk management for complex initiatives
• Extensive experience in eCommerce or SaaS products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present product plans and outcomes to executive and external stakeholders
• Proven track record of working effectively in a remote, distributed environment and managing teams across time zones
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline)
