Senior Vice President Product Management

Propre et Net 35 is hiring a Senior Vice President Product Management to define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap across the organization. The role leads cross-functional teams, oversees product development and portfolio performance, and partners with senior leadership to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• The Senior Vice President Product Management is a full-time remote role responsible for defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across the organization
• This position leads cross-functional product teams, aligning engineering, operations, sales, and marketing around clear priorities and measurable outcomes
• Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing product discovery and development, setting performance goals, reviewing product metrics, and making data-informed decisions to optimize the product portfolio
• The SVP will mentor product managers, establish and refine product management processes, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives that support business growth and customer satisfaction
• This role also involves regular collaboration with senior leadership to communicate product plans, risks, and opportunities, and to champion a product-first mindset throughout the company

Requirements:

• Demonstrated expertise in Product Management and Product Strategy, with a track record of building and scaling successful products
• Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data, define KPIs, and make evidence-based decisions
• Proven Team Leadership capabilities, including mentoring product professionals and leading cross-functional initiatives
• Solid Project Management experience, with the ability to prioritize, plan, and deliver complex, multi-team initiatives on schedule
• Extensive experience in senior product leadership roles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex product concepts to non-technical audiences
• ideally within growth-oriented or technology-driven organizations
• equivalent experience in senior product roles
