Manager, Platform Services Project Management (Remote)

CrowdStrike seeks a Professional Services Manager to lead project managers and oversee customer deployment projects, ensuring efficient resource use, on-time and on-budget delivery, revenue performance, and customer satisfaction. The role also drives program and process initiatives and develops the Platform Services delivery methodology in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Oversee a team of project managers, providing mentorship, training, and performance management to foster a high-performance culture. Staff, coach, and upskill team members according to their career plans and ambitions
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of platform solutions into existing security frameworks
• Reporting and Metrics: Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of the PMO and present findings to executive leadership
• Risk Management: Ensure PMO practices align with the company's overall risk management strategy. Apply delivery methodology effectively, implement project standards, and minimize exposure and risk

Requirements:

• BS in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or equivalent education/training/experience or equivalent military experience
• Strong proficiency with project management software, such as Clarizen, Asana, Gainsight, or JIRA
• Excellent presentation skills including written, oral, presentation
• Good organizational skills including tool utilization (spreadsheets, project management tools, mind maps), information collection, attention to detail, and prioritization
• Strong interpersonal skills including appreciation and the ability to elicit collaboration from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments
• Flexible to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines - able to promptly and expertly react to project adjustments and alterations
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes
• Masters in management discipline
• Project Management Institute PMP(r) certification or equivalent
