Influencer Marketing Manager

We Are Refyne is recruiting on behalf of an unnamed, fast-growing beauty brand for an Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager. The role will build and scale creator, influencer, ambassador and affiliate programmes, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition and profitable revenue. It owns programme strategy and execution, including creator partnerships, TikTok Shop activity, budgets, performance reporting and optimisation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and own the influencer, creator, ambassador and affiliate strategy across paid, gifted, micro, mid-tier, macro and celebrity partnerships
• Identify, source, vet and recruit high-potential creators, customers, industry experts and culturally relevant partners
• Build and maintain a high-quality creator roster across platforms, audience segments and performance tiers
• Own creator relationships end to end, developing long-term partnerships rather than transactional campaigns
• Lead influencer campaigns from concept through to activation, optimisation and post-campaign analysis
• Translate product launches, promotions, retail moments and cultural opportunities into compelling creator campaigns
• Develop campaign briefs, manage deliverables and oversee timelines, approvals, usage rights and posting schedules
• Own and grow the affiliate programme, including recruitment, activation, commission structures, incentives and performance
• Track affiliate revenue, conversion, AOV, customer acquisition, commission costs and programme profitability
• Build and scale TikTok Shop creator and affiliate recruitment, focusing on productive partners and attributed sales rather than simply growing the roster
• Lead negotiations around creator rates, deliverables, exclusivity, usage rights, whitelisting, renewals and content ownership
• Manage influencer and affiliate budgets, forecasting and performance against commercial objectives
• Build reporting and dashboards that provide clear visibility on programme performance, opportunities and risks
• Turn performance data into actionable recommendations around investment, recruitment, retention, compensation and creative strategy
• Identify high-performing creator content that can be leveraged across paid media, e-commerce, email, SMS, retail and other marketing channels
• Work cross-functionally with Brand, Growth, E-commerce, Social, PR, Retail, Operations and Legal teams to deliver integrated campaigns
• Develop strategic product seeding and gifting programmes, ensuring activity is tied to clear commercial and brand objectives

Requirements:

• 4+ years' experience across influencer, creator, affiliate, partnership or performance marketing
• At least 2 years directly owning influencer or affiliate programmes, budgets, campaigns and measurable results
• Experience within a fast-growing consumer, beauty, haircare, wellness, lifestyle, retail or DTC brand
• Demonstrable success building and scaling creator, influencer, ambassador or affiliate programmes
• Strong track record of driving attributed revenue, improving ROI, acquiring new customers or growing productive partner networks
• Strong understanding of TikTok, TikTok Shop, Instagram, YouTube, affiliate marketing, social commerce and emerging creator platforms
• Experience sourcing, recruiting, negotiating with and managing creators across multiple tiers
• Strong commercial and analytical ability, with confidence using performance data to inform strategy
• Experience managing creator rates, budgets, commission structures, contracts, usage rights and campaign reporting
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities can move quickly
• Strong understanding of beauty culture, creator trends and the communities shaping consumer behaviour
