ServiceNow Project Manager

NTT DATA Services is seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager to lead and facilitate hospital working sessions for ServiceNow onboarding and design. The role provides consultative guidance to client SMEs and coordinates stakeholders to move design decisions and implementation activities toward go-live.

Responsibilities:

• This person must be an experienced help lead and facilitate hospital working sessions associated with:
• ServiceNow design and configuration workshops
• Assignment group design and operational alignment
• Greenfield Service Catalog development and workshops
• Out-of-the-box ServiceNow process design and implementation
• Consultative guidance to client SMEs on decisions, requirements, and recommended practices
• Coordination with client stakeholders to keep design decisions and implementation activities moving toward go-live

• a hands-on, consultative resource who can facilitate these sessions and guide our teams through the ServiceNow onboarding and design process
