Sales Engineer x 2 - PreSales - AI Cyber Security

AvetixCyber is hiring two Sales Engineers to support pre-sales and post-sales efforts for AI cybersecurity solutions. The role focuses on understanding customer requirements, demonstrating products, developing technical proposals, assisting with implementation, troubleshooting, and serving as a liaison to product development.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of solutions
• Develop and deliver technical proposals, including detailed product information and system integration plans
• Assist in the implementation and configuration of our products for new customers
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers during the pre-sales and post-sales process
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and the product development team

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a sales/solutions engineer or in a similar technical role, in the cybersecurity industry
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and technologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in using technical tools and software for system configuration and troubleshooting
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, cyber security start up environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
