General Manager, Customer Growth

DocLoop Health provides an operating platform and services for independent medical practices. The General Manager, Customer Growth helps a portfolio of practices launch, attract patients, and grow, while tracking results and shaping how DocLoop supports practice growth.

Responsibilities:

• Help physicians who are opening a practice, moving to cash pay, or adding a longevity service get started
• Take each practice through its plan, from clinical focus and setup to membership tiers, protocols, and opening day
• Make sure every new practice has one person who knows its plan and stays with it after patients start arriving
• Turn what works into a repeatable playbook
• Build the online presence and booking experience that turns interest into booked visits
• Create launch and referral plans for each practice
• Design and test growth programs: membership design, patient reactivation, reorder and retention campaigns, and pricing
• Evaluate and manage outside partners who help practices grow
• Track each practice's new patients, revenue, retention, and how much of the practice runs on DocLoop
• Build the ROI case with real numbers, so physicians see what DocLoop earns them, not only what it costs
• Run a weekly review of how each practice is doing, and act on what it shows
• Decide which parts of growth help belong in the product and which we deliver another way
• Give product prioritized input on what practices need to grow, through the product manager who owns that area
• Share what the most successful practices do, so others can learn from them

Requirements:

• 8+ years owning results across several functions as a GM, operating partner, chief of staff, or growth or product leader at a fast-growing company
• Experience helping small businesses or practices grow through storefronts, local marketing, referrals, or e-commerce
• Experience building a function or program from scratch
• A record of running experiments on acquisition, retention, or pricing, with results you can show
• Comfort moving between a spreadsheet, a physician call, and a product spec in the same afternoon
• You use AI tools every day and can show us what you built with them. We'll ask about an analysis, plan, or tool that changed a decision
• Experience opening, running, or growing a medical practice or similar small business
• Experience at a cash-pay, direct-to-consumer health, or provider-enablement company
• A network in longevity, hormone, or concierge medicine
• Experience with multi-location groups or physician networks
• Experience managing agency or outsourced partners
