Customer Service & Website Support Specialist

MJ Wholesale is hiring a Customer Service & Website Support Specialist to support clients and their customers across eCommerce websites. The role handles customer inquiries, basic website troubleshooting, service tickets, order-related questions, customer feedback, and collaboration to improve processes and website usability.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting clients and their customers across eCommerce websites
• Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
• Troubleshooting basic website issues
• Escalating technical problems to the appropriate team members
• Help track and resolve service tickets
• Guide customers through order-related questions
• Provide clear, professional communication that reflects the agency’s straightforward brand
• Gathering feedback on customer experiences
• Documenting common issues
• Collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and website usability

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with a focus on timely, accurate responses
• Candidates should possess abilities in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, including empathy and problem-solving
• Candidates should demonstrate professional Phone Etiquette and clear written communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple inquiries, and prioritize tasks effectively
• Comfort using help desk or ticketing systems, and basic troubleshooting skills for website or account issues
• Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce) or similar tools is highly beneficial
• Previous experience in an agency, online retail, or SaaS environment is a plus
