Project Manager- eDiscovery

Discovery Experts LLC is seeking an eDiscovery Project Manager to support litigation technology and execute clients’ discovery strategies. The role manages project workflows, documentation, and status communications, and may assist with data intake, processing, database management, productions, and analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project workflows and logistics to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
• Provide timely updates to consultant teams on ongoing work requests
• Track all time on a project level as an individual for billing and KPI targets
• Collaborate with the project management and consultant teams to optimize workflows
• Secondary responsibilities to include utilizing eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity and Reveal to perform tasks related to data processing, production, searching, analysis, and database management
• Assist with quality control measures to ensure accuracy and completeness of deliverables
• Serve as secondary point of contact for clients regarding project status, updates, and inquiries
• Identify and escalate issues or risks that impact project timeline or outcomes
• Contribute to process improvement Initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of eDiscovery operations

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in the eDiscovery Industry
• Highly detail oriented and experience with documenting project workflows for case tracking and audit
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in order to manage work stream priorities within the project management team and to keep consultant teams updated on project statuses
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple project simultaneously
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure
• Demonstrate a proficient level understanding of processes including data transfer, processing, database management, and data productions
• Demonstrate problem solving and troubleshooting skills in order to address issues with creative solutions
• A service-orient team minded approach
