Sales Development Representative

Meta Hire Group is recruiting on behalf of an unnamed B2B iGaming platform provider. The Sales Development Representative will prospect and qualify operator leads, book product demos for senior sales staff, and maintain accurate CRM records.

Responsibilities:

• Run outbound prospecting campaigns across LinkedIn, targeted cold email, and industry event lists
• Qualify inbound leads and outbound responses on key commercial criteria: current licence status, existing platform stack, GGR tier, realistic go-live timeframe, and decision-maker sign-off
• Book product demos for the sales lead, write concise handoff notes for every qualified meeting, and keep pipeline records tidy in the CRM
• Work delegate lists before and after major global expos (ICE, SBC, SiGMA) to lock in high-impact on-site meetings

Requirements:

• 12-36 months in an outbound role as an SDR, BDR, or junior BDM
• Proven cold outreach skills: You know how to write a sharp, relevant cold email that a busy COO or Head of Casino will actually read and reply to
• Commercial curiosity: You understand—or are eager to learn—how operators operate, what triggers a platform switch, and why licensing jurisdiction matters
• Fluent, professional business English (written and verbal)
• Direct experience in iGaming, payment processing, affiliate software, or B2B SaaS is a strong advantage
