Business Operations Analyst

Wert Group is hiring a Business Operations Analyst to support consulting projects with data and analysis. The role involves collecting client data, building Excel models, analyzing and benchmarking operations, and preparing findings for project teams and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and clean operational and financial data from client systems
• Build Excel models for costs, capacity, pricing and process performance
• Benchmark clients against peers using public filings and industry data
• Analyze processes and quantify where time and money are lost
• Prepare charts and slides for steering committee meetings
• Track project milestones, risks and open actions
• Write short summaries of findings for partners and clients

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering or a related field
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups
• Clear writing and the ability to explain numbers simply
• PowerPoint or Google Slides
• SQL, Power BI or Tableau
• An internship in consulting, finance or operations
