Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative - Union City, CA - Contract - $11-21 Per HR

This role requires onsite presence in the regional area and involves providing customer support to sales and marketing teams. The position is a contract-based opportunity with shifts scheduled between 9:00 AM and 11:00 PM, Sunday through Friday. Proficiency in general office applications is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries and requests.
• Process pick-up requests and assist with delivery routing.
• Handle will-call orders and provide invoice copies.
• Process credits and adjustments as needed.
• Coordinate same-day deliveries and communicate regularly with team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer support or sales coordination experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.
• Strong telephone and communication skills.
• Proficient in general office applications.
