Senior Project Manager

Ascension is hiring a Senior Project Manager for the Ascension Foundation. The role manages projects from planning through completion, including resource and budget oversight, philanthropic initiatives and events, operational planning, progress dashboards, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Project Oversight: Manage assigned projects to full completion by developing goals, objectives, and schedules that align directly with broader business strategies
• Resource & Budget Management: Define, assign, and monitor the resources and budgets necessary to meet project goals, making real-time adjustments as requirements shift
• Philanthropy & Event Coordination: Lead philanthropic initiatives and coordinate high-impact events, ensuring all logistical and strategic elements are executed to support organizational mission
• Operational Planning & Dashboarding: Translate high-level strategic concepts into actionable plans and create visual dashboards to track quality and progress metrics
• Issue Resolution & Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation for all project phases and proactively resolve issues to ensure timelines and performance standards

Requirements:

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
• 3 years of leadership or management experience
• Bachelor's degree or advanced education
• PMP certification
• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• Experience with Philanthropy (fundraising) and event management
• Experience with Blackbaud RE CRM
