Sales/Business Development Representative

Recruitable is a recruiter hiring Sales/Business Development Representatives on behalf of multiple high-growth companies. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and scheduling discovery calls or demos while collaborating with sales and marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively drive outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Research target accounts to identify key decision-makers and business opportunities
• Qualify leads based on clear criteria and schedule discovery calls or product demos
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies
• Maintain accurate activity records in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Stay informed about client offerings and industry trends to communicate value propositions effectively
• Consistently meet or exceed outreach and lead generation targets

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation (internships count!)
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
• A self-starter with resilience, curiosity, and a passion for learning
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound outreach
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and motivated by goals
• Adaptable and thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments
• Passion for technology, startups, and building a career in business development
• Experience with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
