Senior Product & Solutions Mktg Manager

Axway is hiring a hands-on Senior Product & Solutions Marketing Manager to turn its AI Gateway and Amplify platform positioning into product narratives, go-to-market materials, and customer proof. The role also owns sales and partner enablement, competitive intelligence, and field engagement to improve commercial readiness and support opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Translate the approved positioning for Axway’s AI Gateway and the wider Amplify platform into clear product narratives, persona-based messaging, differentiated value propositions and credible customer use cases
• Communicate the role of AI governance alongside API Management, multi-pattern integration and enterprise service discovery without confusing product boundaries or overstating capabilities
• Adapt narratives to technical and business buyers including CIOs, CISOs, architects, AI leaders and integration teams across financial services, manufacturing, healthcare and government
• Own assigned product marketing workstreams for launches and releases: messaging, market-facing assets, FAQs, customer use cases, commercial readiness and coordinated field communications
• ·Work closely with Product Management, Sales, Field Marketing and partner teams to deliver complete assets on agreed timelines and maintain consistent positioning globally
• Personally research, outline, write, refine and deliver high-quality white papers, solution briefs, product presentations, value decks, articles and campaign source content. This is a writing and creation role, not a content coordination role
• Build evidence-based customer stories and technical proof points from interviews with product experts, field teams and customers. Validate claims and distinguish current capabilities from roadmap
• Convert a strategic brief into an actionable plan, collect inputs, resolve routine obstacles, coordinate reviews and ship finished outputs with minimal supervision
• Use field feedback, analyst research, competitor signals and customer insights to recommend practical improvements within the agreed global Product Marketing direction
• Personally build practical pitch decks, sales plays, competitive talk tracks, demo stories, solution briefs, objection-handling guides, FAQs and value-selling frameworks for global Sales and partners
• Lead enablement workshops and launch-readiness briefings; drive usage of materials with sales leaders and gather feedback from field teams to improve them
• Own an actionable competitive intelligence program across AI gateways, API Management and integration markets, including vendor profiles, comparison matrices, battlecards, updates and evidence-based strengths and weaknesses
• Use competitor research, customer objections and win/loss discussions to improve positioning, objection responses and deal support; avoid unsupported competitive claims
• Work directly with account teams and solution engineering to understand deal friction, buyer priorities and sector requirements, then translate insights into content that helps progress opportunities
• Maintain a current, easy-to-use enablement library, monitor field adoption and retire outdated materials proactively

Requirements:

• 8+ years in enterprise B2B product marketing or enterprise technology marketing with substantial direct ownership of Product Marketing deliverables
• Demonstrated experience positioning complex enterprise software in competitive or emerging categories, with clear examples of results and real outputs
• Exceptional professional English writing and editing; ability to show personally authored product marketing assets for executive, business and technical audiences
• Technical depth to collaborate credibly with enterprise architects, product managers and engineers on APIs, AI governance or integration platforms
• Hands-on experience executing product launches and GTM content for enterprise software, including sales or customer-facing materials
• Demonstrated autonomy, prioritisation and delivery reliability across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Proven experience personally building field enablement assets and delivering effective training or workshops for enterprise Sales, pre-sales or channel teams
• Practical competitive intelligence experience producing battlecards, vendor differentiation and objection guidance informed by deal or win/loss insights
