Responsibilities:

• Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, understand workflows, and identify opportunities for AI agents, automation, and data solutions
• Help translate requirements into scoped technical tasks, delivery estimates, dependencies, and clear acceptance criteria in partnership with the AI & Data Solutions Manager
• Design, develop, and maintain AI agents and supporting services using C#, Azure AI Foundry, and Microsoft Fabric for internal business operations and client-facing solutions
• Develop agent instructions, orchestration logic, and context retrieval to support accurate responses and effective execution of defined business tasks
• Build and maintain MCP endpoints and APIs that expose approved data and system capabilities to AI agents through well-defined, secure interfaces
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and transformations in Microsoft Fabric to ingest, prepare, and deliver reliable data for AI, analytics, and operational use
• Implement system integrations that connect business applications, data sources, and AI workflows, including data mapping, validation, and error handling
• Test and evaluate agent behavior, response quality, tool execution, and data accuracy against agreed requirements; work with stakeholders to validate outcomes and refine solutions
• Support deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and ongoing improvement of agents, pipelines, and integrations, balancing reliability, performance, usage cost, and maintainability
• Partner with security, compliance, and platform teams to implement appropriate access controls, data protection, logging, and safeguards for internal and client-facing AI solutions
