Project Manager, NewWorld Strategies

NewWorld Strategies is hiring a Project Manager to coordinate client shows and Creator Command Centers. The role serves as the day-to-day contact for clients and project teams, managing plans, timelines, communication, risks, and project systems to keep work on track.

Responsibilities:

• Act as primary point of contact for project coordination, ensuring clear and consistent communication between internal teams and client stakeholders
• Build and maintain client project workplans, timelines, and deliverable trackers
• Establish and run meeting cadences with clients and internal teams, including agendas and follow-ups
• Coordinate across internal teams and outside vendors to drive alignment and execution on client work
• Track progress against milestones, managing deadlines, dependencies, and accountability
• Identify risks, resolve blockers, and maintain forward momentum on client projects
• Conduct regular check-ins with internal teams to map priorities, dependencies, and blockers on client work
• Plug into internal operating rhythms and communication flows, supporting prep, execution, and follow-up on client deliverables
• Identify opportunities to improve clarity, coordination, and prioritization across internal teams working on client accounts
• Support vendor and partner relationships as needed for client engagements
• Maintain project management systems (e.g., Drive, Motion, Pipedrive or equivalent) so information stays organized and up to date
• Define and refine workflows for tracking projects, tasks, and ownership
• Ensure documentation, trackers, and dashboards reflect current status

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in program or project management
• A proven track record of building and running workplans, trackers, and meeting cadences that keep complex projects on track
• Experience serving as the primary point of contact for clients or senior stakeholders, with the communication skills to match
• Comfort working across project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Drive, Motion, Pipedrive, or similar)
• A track record of spotting risks early and resolving blockers before they slow a team down
• Experience coordinating across internal teams and outside vendors or partners to drive alignment
• You're organized and proactive—the kind of person who keeps things moving without being asked
• You work well across multiple client projects at once, holding the details of each without losing sight of the others
• You keep a clear head under pressure; a stressful moment sharpens your focus rather than throwing you off
• You hold a high bar, for your own work and for the teams you support, and you're genuinely energized by early-stage work, ambiguity and all
• You're warm and direct, equally comfortable as the point of contact for a client or for leadership, and you're trusted with sensitive information and high-stakes workstreams because people know you'll handle both well
