Business Systems Analyst, Procure-to-Pay

DoorDash is hiring a Business Systems Analyst for its Business Technology - Procure-to-Pay team. The role builds, maintains, and supports Procure-to-Pay systems, translates Finance partner needs into tested solutions, and improves processes through automation and integrations while supporting system controls and SOX audits.

Responsibilities:

• Build: Configure and maintain our Procure-to-Pay systems, including workflows, approvals, integrations, and reports, so that Finance teams can rely on them every day
• Support: Resolve system requests and incidents quickly, find the root cause of issues, and implement durable improvements that boost customer satisfaction
• Partner: Work with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Accounting, Sourcing, IT, and various other teams to understand their goals and turn them into clear requirements, designs, and well-tested solutions
• Automate: Streamline manual work by building automations and system integrations that improve efficiency, speed, and data accuracy for Finance teams
• Innovate: Explore ways to apply AI and automation to relevant workflows, and bring the best ideas to life
• Deliver: Plan, manage, and execute projects and keep partners informed with clear plans, timelines, and updates
• Protect: Work closely with Internal Audit, Accounts Payable, and Procurement to support periodic SOX audits, and apply sound design and change-management practices to keep our systems compliant
• Grow: Learn how our Finance systems fit together, contribute to our technology roadmap, and continuously improve processes for our partners

Requirements:

• You have a bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience supporting, configuring, or implementing Finance or business systems, including hands-on work with Coupa
• You understand Procure-to-Pay processes, including direct and indirect procurement, sourcing, and accounts payable, and how they connect to the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and other related systems
• You have experience with Finance systems and the integrations between them, and you can work comfortably with tools such as Coupa, Zip, IntelAgree, etc
• You can gather requirements from business partners, translate them into clear designs and test plans, and deliver solutions that work as intended
• You have built automations and/or used AI tools in Finance system workflows
• You are comfortable working with data to find root causes, answer questions, and use the data to improve productivity and efficiency
• You understand the importance of system controls, documentation, and change management, and you have supported audits
• You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical partners, and you can turn complex topics into simple recommendations
• You are organized, take ownership, and can manage multiple initiatives at once in a fast-paced and growing environment
