Technical Co-Founder / Lead Full-Stack Engineer Healthcare Startup

INTELLUS MEDIA & MANAGEMENT is seeking a technical co-founder to help build an early-stage, physician-led HealthTech platform focused on personalized healthcare, longevity, and wellness. The role will lead MVP development, product and technical strategy, and the creation of connected digital health experiences and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop our MVP, from frontend experience to backend infrastructure
• Help turn our broader vision into a focused, testable product roadmap
• Design a modern, intuitive digital health concierge experience
• Build the foundation for longitudinal health records, personalized patient journeys, and connected care
• Explore integrations with EHR/EMR systems, diagnostics, labs, wearables, and third-party healthcare APIs
• Develop secure user authentication, patient onboarding, data management, and clinician-facing workflows
• Establish strong security, privacy, and regulatory compliance practices, including applicable HIPAA requirements
• Own technical decisions, architecture, scalability, and engineering priorities
• Collaborate with clinical partners, product stakeholders, and future engineering talent
• Help shape our technology vision as we evolve from MVP to a broader health platform

Requirements:

• Strong full-stack development experience with a proven ability to build and launch products
• Proficiency in modern frontend/backend frameworks, databases, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
• Experience building SaaS platforms, consumer applications, or complex digital products
• Understanding of system architecture, integrations, data security, and scalable infrastructure
• Interest in AI-enabled healthcare workflows, connected health data, personalized medicine, and longevity
• Strong product thinking and an ability to distinguish what's essential for an MVP from what can wait
• Comfort working in an early-stage startup with limited resources, uncertainty, and rapid iteration
• Entrepreneurial drive, creative problem-solving skills, and a genuine interest in building a company
• Above all, we're looking for a founder mentality
• Someone who takes ownership, challenges assumptions, sees opportunities where others see obstacles, and gets excited about creating something from scratch

• Technical depth, initiative, integrity, and alignment with our vision matter most
• Experience with healthcare technology, FHIR/HL7, EHR integrations, or HIPAA-sensitive systems is a major plus
