Customer Success Manager

Standard Conversions helps life insurance agents and agencies grow through inbound calls, technology, and training. The Call Center Training & Customer Success Manager builds customer relationships, coaches sales performance, creates training resources, and supports retention, reactivation, and account growth.

Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with agents and agency owners
• Proactively work with customers to improve their sales performance and profitability
• Review sales calls and provide personalized coaching and feedback
• Create training videos, scripts, and educational content
• Use AI to identify opportunities and deliver actionable performance reports
• Help new customers succeed from their first calls
• Reactivate struggling or inactive customers
• Help successful agencies increase volume and scale

Requirements:

• Experience in customer success, call center training, sales coaching, or quality assurance
• Genuine passion for helping customers succeed
• Proven ability to coach and develop salespeople
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience creating training content
• Comfortable using AI tools and analyzing sales performance
• Proactive, competitive, and highly accountable
• Life insurance experience is a plus
