Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite per Week

Duration: 12+ Months Contract (Potential Extension into 2028)

Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Business Analysts III to support the delivery and enhancement of digital solutions across customer-facing web portals, internal business applications, and CRM platforms.

The ideal candidates will have strong hands-on experience in business requirements gathering, requirements analysis, Agile software development, process mapping, and user acceptance testing. These individuals will work as embedded members of cross-functional product teams, partnering with Product Owners, business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, UX/design teams, and vendors to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.

Successful candidates must be comfortable working independently, facilitating discussions between business and technical teams, identifying dependencies and risks, and supporting projects throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and clarify business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs and design specifications into clear technical and functional requirements for development teams.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements workshops, backlog refinement meetings, and other working sessions.
• Develop and maintain business requirements documents, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting project documentation.
• Analyze current-state business and system processes and define improved future-state workflows.
• Serve as the Business Analyst point of contact for an Agile product team, supporting planning, refinement, development, testing, and implementation activities.
• Identify requirements gaps, cross-system dependencies, risks, issues, and potential downstream impacts.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure delivered solutions meet established business requirements.
• Support issue analysis and resolution during development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Develop and maintain detailed manual test scripts and test cases based on business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Support functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing across digital applications.
• Validate application functionality and collaborate with QA and business teams to ensure quality deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to simplify business processes, improve digital experiences, and enhance customer and business outcomes.
• Build strong working relationships across business, Digital, vendor, and technology teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience working on IT-related systems or projects, including Business Analyst responsibilities.
• 3+ years of experience in a customer-service-oriented and/or IT-related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Agile software development environments.
• Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, requirements analysis, and documentation.
• Experience writing and refining user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Zephyr Scale, and SharePoint.
• Strong business process analysis and process-mapping capabilities.
• Experience documenting current-state processes and defining future-state improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into application and operational requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience facilitating discussions and working effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage priorities, requirements, and deliverables in a fast-paced product environment.
