Project Manager

Prime Ledger is a tokenization firm focused on real-world assets. The Project Manager oversees tokenization projects from initiation through completion, coordinating teams, partners, and vendors while managing scope, timelines, risks, and delivery requirements. The role also maintains project documentation, tracks progress, and provides status updates to leadership and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing tokenization projects for real-world assets from initiation through completion
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, define project scopes and timelines, track milestones, and manage risks to ensure successful delivery within regulatory and technical requirements
• Daily activities include organizing stakeholder meetings, maintaining project documentation, monitoring progress against plans, and addressing issues or dependencies that may impact schedules or quality
• The role also involves aligning internal and external resources, collaborating with partners and vendors, and providing clear status updates to leadership and clients

Requirements:

• Project Management skills for planning, executing, and monitoring complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Expeditor and Expediting capabilities to drive tasks to completion, follow up on deliverables, and resolve bottlenecks
• Inspection experience to review project outputs, assess quality, and verify compliance with standards and requirements
• Logistics Management skills to coordinate resources, timelines, and dependencies across technical, legal, and operational teams
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Kanban, or hybrid frameworks)
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience managing projects in financial services, fintech, blockchain, or tokenization environments is highly beneficial
