We are looking for an experienced Lead Java Developer with extensive expertise in designing, developing, and modernizing enterprise banking applications.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader responsible for architecting, developing, and delivering mission-critical applications supporting commercial banking, commercial lending, digital banking, payments, and customer servicing platforms.

The role requires strong expertise in Java-based application development, microservices architecture, cloud technologies, and modern software engineering practices. The selected candidate will lead development teams while actively contributing to the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Application Development & Architecture

• Lead the design and development of enterprise-scale banking applications using Java and Spring frameworks.
• Build applications from the ground up, including architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Design scalable, secure, and highly available systems supporting banking and lending operations.
• Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven solutions.
• Define application architecture, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
• Modernize legacy banking applications into cloud-native environments.

Recruitment Priority: Candidates with strong Java development and technical leadership experience, along with recent hands-on banking application experience.
