Inside Sales Account Manager – Remote in NJ/NY Metro

Renewal of Greater NYC provides disaster recovery services for fire, flood, mold, and other property damage. The Inside Sales Account Manager manages and grows existing accounts while prospecting for new business, building relationships with property owners, insurance professionals, and restoration contractors.

Responsibilities:

• Call on new prospects by phone, text, email with the goal of initiating relationships
• Determine the needs of individual prospects by conducting a thorough needs analysis during conversations
• Successfully grow and manage relationships with existing accounts achieving increasing sales revenue
• Establish value proposition with prospects by custom-tailoring our services to their specific needs
• Handle objections and challenges with professionalism and confidence
• Account management and relationship building with prospects throughout the new account acquisition process
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and consistent lead generation
• Develop and contribute to marketing content creation by sharing market insight, customer feedback and other intel for ongoing email and other marketing campaigns with the goal of developing new leads and expansion
• Organize company marketing events targeted towards sales revenue growth
• Plan for and achieve Sales Targets identifying new opportunities and advancing existing relationships
• Provide sales support and guidance to all stakeholders while providing professionalism and empathy
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process and beyond
• Participate in regular internal sales meetings presenting achievements, challenges, market and industry trends

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-5 years of B2B sales experience managing both existing accounts and prospecting new business
• Proven successful experience researching, qualifying, and closing new prospects
• Excellent verbal, phone and written communication skills that engage and influence others
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Proven successful experience developing and maintaining long-term relationships with client base
