Sales Account Manager

BGG is seeking a remote Sales Account Manager to drive profitable growth across assigned North American accounts and markets. The role strengthens customer relationships, develops new business, and collaborates cross-functionally to address customer needs across nutrition, dietary supplement, cosmetic, and food and beverage markets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute annual sales and business development plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives
• Set the annual revenue budget and targets, including growth from existing customers and new business development
• Meet pipeline targets to deliver the budget across existing customer growth, potential bids, upselling, cross-selling, and new business development
• Execute plans to retain and expand existing customers through upselling, cross-selling, and new opportunities
• Execute the strategy to generate qualified opportunities, win new customers, and expand the customer base
• Actively manage opportunities to maintain sufficient pipeline coverage and meet or exceed budget
• Own revenue delivery against budget, balancing existing-customer growth with new business development
• Report performance against budget and pipeline targets, including progress, risks, gaps, and forecast changes
• Provide timely sales forecasts, including quarterly and annual projections
• Provide customer and market insight to support product positioning, campaign development and go-to-market strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business and/or Science Related Field
• Minimum of 3+ years experience in Sales and/or Supplements or Related Field
